DDP or tax-included service does not guarantee that a parcel will never be inspected, delayed, returned, taxed, restricted, or seized.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Additional fees may apply if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The parcel information is inaccurate<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The goods are misdeclared<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The destination country changes rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customs requests additional documents<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The goods are restricted or prohibited<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer provides incorrect recipient information<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">8. Restricted and Prohibited Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RepDelivery does not accept firearms, firearm parts, ammunition, illegal drugs, narcotics, or products prohibited by applicable law.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In addition, certain products may require special review, special packaging, route approval, or may be refused depending on the destination country and shipping conditions. IATA states that dangerous goods can only be transported by air if properly prepared under applicable requirements, unless they are specifically excepted. Lithium batteries, perfumes, and similar products may be subject to restrictions depending on quantity, packaging, and transport rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RepDelivery reserves the right to refuse, return, hold, or cancel any shipment that we believe may violate law, carrier rules, customs requirements, airline regulations, safety rules, or our internal risk policy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">9. Branded Goods and High-Value Items<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may request shipping support for fashion goods, watches, bags, shoes, fragrances, apparel, accessories, and other personal parcels.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RepDelivery is not responsible for verifying whether any item is genuine, authorized, licensed, trademark-compliant, or legally permitted for import into the destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are fully responsible for ensuring that their goods do not violate intellectual property laws, trademark laws, customs laws, import restrictions, or any other applicable rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If goods are detained, seized, destroyed, returned, delayed, or penalized due to brand authorization, customs inspection, intellectual property concerns, false declaration, or destination restrictions, RepDelivery shall not be responsible unless otherwise confirmed in writing by the logistics route provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">10. Customs, Duties, and Import Regulations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customs clearance, import taxes, duties, inspections, import restrictions, and related requirements may vary by destination country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with the import laws of their destination country. Customs authorities are responsible for administering customs law and collecting duties and taxes according to applicable rules.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RepDelivery may provide route guidance and shipping suggestions, but we cannot guarantee customs clearance results, inspection outcomes, delivery time, or customs decisions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">11. Delivery Time and Tracking<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Estimated delivery times are for reference only. Compensation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the standard compensation limit for eligible confirmed loss is:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>USD 6 per kilogram<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compensation is calculated based on the chargeable weight confirmed by the shipping route provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Compensation may apply only when a parcel is confirmed lost by the logistics route provider before destination customs clearance and the loss is not caused by the customer, prohibited items, restricted goods, false declaration, customs action, incorrect information, or violation of these Terms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After customs clearance or after handover to the destination delivery stage, risk may transfer to the customer or destination carrier depending on the route. Loss, delay, return, address error, failed delivery, recipient refusal, customs inspection, customs seizure, unpaid tax, or regulatory action after clearance shall generally be the customer\u2019s responsibility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RepDelivery does not compensate for:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Customs seizure or detention<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Intellectual property-related seizure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>False or inaccurate declaration<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Restricted or prohibited goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customer-provided wrong address<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Recipient refusal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Failed delivery caused by recipient<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Natural disasters or force majeure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Delay without confirmed loss<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Damage to fragile or poorly packed goods unless specifically agreed<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Product quality problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Missing accessories inside factory-sealed goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Brand authenticity disputes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers may request additional insurance or higher-value coverage if available. Such coverage must be confirmed and paid before dispatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">13. Refund and Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Before dispatch, customers may contact RepDelivery to request cancellation or modification. If the parcel has already been packed, consolidated, processed, or handed over to a carrier, additional handling fees may apply.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once a shipment has been dispatched, shipping fees are generally non-refundable.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a parcel is stopped, delayed, returned, lost, or seized due to prohibited items, restricted items, customs issues, false declaration, incorrect customer information, intellectual property issues, or destination country regulations, shipping fees are not refundable unless otherwise confirmed by the route provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">14. Storage and Unclaimed Parcels<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should contact RepDelivery promptly after their parcels arrive at our warehouse.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If a customer does not provide shipping instructions, does not pay shipping fees, or does not respond for an extended period, the parcel may be treated as unclaimed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RepDelivery reserves the right to charge storage fees, suspend service, or dispose of unclaimed parcels after reasonable notice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The specific free storage period and storage fee may be confirmed with customer service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">15. Customer Communication<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">WhatsApp is the main communication channel for shipping quotes, warehouse address confirmation, parcel confirmation, and shipping updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Customers should keep communication records, payment records, product details, and shipping confirmation messages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RepDelivery is not responsible for problems caused by customers sending parcels to an unconfirmed address, using outdated warehouse information, or failing to confirm details before shipment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">16. Service Refusal and Account Suspension<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RepDelivery reserves the right to refuse service, cancel a shipment, hold a parcel, or suspend service if:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The parcel may violate laws or regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The parcel may violate carrier or airline rules<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer provides false or incomplete information<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer refuses to pay required fees<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer sends prohibited or restricted goods without disclosure<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The shipment creates safety, legal, customs, or financial risk<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The customer violates these Terms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">17. Limitation of Liability<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepDelivery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or business losses, including loss of profit, loss of resale opportunity, loss of market value, customs penalties, business interruption, or reputational damage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">RepDelivery\u2019s maximum liability for eligible confirmed loss shall not exceed the compensation limit stated in these Terms, unless a separate written agreement or additional insurance coverage applies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">18.
